She conducts undergraduate courses— Global Seminars— in Paris and Madrid alternate summers; she also teaches graduate level courses in Performance & Installation Art. Her interests are birthed by personal family history and her experience as a woman living in different cultures. She is inspired by teaching CU’s exceptional student body both on site in Boulder and on Global Seminars in Madrid and Paris, where she witnesses students transform and rebirth as fully engaged citizens with an international perspective.

Frances Charteris is completing a Masters in Clinical Counseling through the University of Northern Colorado, whilst continuing studies at the C.G. Jung Institute in Denver.

Born in Paris of British parents, she resides in Boulder, CO, and travels frequently to Europe.
